By accessing and using FileWas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2Description of Service
FileWas provides online file manipulation tools including but not limited to file conversion, compression, merging, and splitting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all files you upload to the Service. You agree not to upload files that contain illegal content, malware, or content that violates intellectual property rights. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4Privacy and Data Security
We value your privacy. Files uploaded to FileWas are processed automatically and are deleted from our servers after a short period (typically 1 hour). We do not inspect the contents of your files unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
5Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FileWas shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.
6Premium Accounts
Some features may require a paid subscription. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
7Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
